Through a number of fantastic community partners like the Trail Conservancy, Easy Tiger, Workforce Solutions and more, we are able to offer gig opportunities at a much higher rate of pay than average.

By doing deep listening within each diverse community, we are able to offer solutions that address safety, opportunity, and unity for our Black, Latinx, AAPI, LGBTQIA+, Women and Disabled musicians.
